Jack Sorrell of PRIMEUR @ The Mermaid
On Friday 20th head chef of Primeur, Jack Sorrell will take over the kitchen of The Mermaid in Clapton for one evening only. Primeur in a neighbourhood restaurant specialising in serving a daily changing assortment of sharing dishes showcasing honest British and European dishes.
Jack will be creating an array of special fermented small bites from 7pm, food is limited so table reservations are recommended.
